TRX  

Created by a Navy SEAL, Suspension Training body-weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a high performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100's of exercises. 

You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

POWER KICKBOXING

Burn calories and tone your body during this fast-paced class of fun and intense authentic kickboxing, based off of real-life self defense moves! Hone your skills on professional boxing bags!

  • 16oz leather professional boxing gloves can also be purchased at the studio. $55

POWER CIRCUIT 

A fun exercise class for women designed to tone, sculpt, and build muscle strength. This challenging class incorporates light & heavy weights, trampoline, Bosu, Swiss Ball, resistance bands, punching bags, sliders, bands, and other fitness equipment - in a rotating circuit format. 

H.I.T.T. THE DANCE FLOOR! & ZUMBA

Join us for an hour of high-energy, intense dance fun. Short choreographed sequences to energizing, popular Israeli music played at H.I.T.T. The Dance Floor & current pop music played at ZUMBA will help you find your rhythm and discover your inner "dancing queen". With this unique blend of hip hop & Zumba-style moves, you'll be getting your groove on while working up a sweat!

POWER KETTLEBELL

Blast off fat & burn yourself to the "core" faster than ever before!  The ultimate workout - simultaneous strength, power, dynamic flexibility, endurance, and cardio!

Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance. The basic movements engage the entire body at once and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or carrying groceries, a.k.a. "functional exercise". Unlike the exercises with dumbbells or barbells, kettlebells have an irregular shape which mimics the lifting of real life objects. Kettlebells workouts improve mobility, range of motion and increased strength. 

Participants should be in overall good health, with no orthopedic or metabolic disease (i.e. back or joint pain, high blood pressure, etc.)

PILATES / BALL

The Pilates ball is an effective training tool because it promotes core stabilization by adding resistance, which forces exercisers to activate their pelvic floor muscles. Additionally, the ball acts as an unstable surface, which promotes greater core stabilization. This helps to improve balance, coordination and stability. This gentle yet powerful class is safe for all ages and fitness levels.

OUTDOOR WATER WORKOUT (seasonal*)

Discover a whole new way to revitalize your exercise routine. To keep your workouts fresh & effective, I've translated some of your studio favorites to the pool! Your summer slimming plan will be a splashing success while lounging pool side. It is so vital to re-nourish after exercising to get the most out of your workout. The smoothie gives you awesome nutrition and necessary replenishing to assist in your body's post-workout recovery. 

Classes are taught at a large, private, heated salt-water pool in Monsey. There is a pool house with a changing room, bathroom & shower.

POWER SCULPT

A gentler option for those looking to sculpt every muscle in your body, using targeting moves with minimal cardio. This class is offered in the early afternoon from October - June.

 

WOMEN & TEEN SELF DEFENSE

Every woman wants the confidence to be able to protect herself and her children in a potential attack. Learn life-saving & practical techniques while building strength and stamina in this challenging and fun class.

Mixed Martial Arts

* Kids martial arts classes are offered on Sundays, which take place at a different location, 1621 Route 202, Pomona NY, store #3. 

This program incorporates fitness and mixed martial arts to teach personal protection, “stranger-danger” awareness, non-violent conflict resolution, anti-bullying techniques, and respect for oneself and others. Utilizing the skills and principles of Krav Maga/Hisardut - the Israeli Survival Systems - our curriculum blends the best techniques from various martial arts to create the most effective self-defense program. These essential lessons will empower your child for the rest of his / her life.

SEPARATE CLASSES FOR BOYS & GIRLS (ages 7 - 18 ) BOYS & GIRLS AGES 4 - 6 ARE TOGETHER.
